Today I’ll show you how I wired in and installed my Ring Stick Up Cam under the eaves in the side of the house. Plugging in your Ring Stick Up Cam will make it more reliable and dependable in detecting motion as compared to when it is just battery powered.

It will also have a pre-roll or pre-recording which it will start to record 3-6 seconds before motion has been detected making sure you will not miss the whole motion event.
